Total Activity refers to the honey’s beneficial, antimicrobial (bacteria-killing) properties. This means the higher the TA the greater the health benefits! Our raw honey is certified so you can be sure you’re enjoying local, wholesome goodness.

We have partnered with local apiarist Alex to bring you raw honey from the unique forest flora reserves and red gum forests of the south west of Western Australia. He is a second generation beekeeper, following in his father’s footsteps.

Alex does not use chemicals or forbidden substances in his operation. Alex also uses his bees to provide pollination services to avocado growers and other crop producers to increase crop and quality of fruit yields.
